I'm Karissa, a portrait photographer dedicated to the creative craft of photography. My background in fashion has helped me develop a skill for creating visually aesthetic photos that express my clients' personalities and unique traits. 

I find my inspiration in my surroundings so getting to spend time outdoors is one of my favorite parts of photography.  Here in San Diego, we are lucky enough to shoot outdoors year around in gorgeous environments.  Since we also happen to be a sunny city, there is never a shortage of natural light to give my photos a golden glow.

I believe photography should be a fun way to express ourselves so I always make sure the vibe while shooting is relaxed yet reflective of the client's personality. From capturing the unique facets of a couple's relationship to the creative side of a driven entrepreneur, I strive to feature all of the qualities of my clients.
